On Your First Visit
Upon entering the office, we will provide you a form to fill out and take your medical history. We will also perform certain examinations . Our Doctor will also have a discussion with you about your health-related concerns and treatment options. Once the examination and consultations are done, patients will be given their first treatment during the same visit. Upon leaving, doctors will be giving you home instructions.
