3 Phases of Chiropractic Care

Phase 1

Acute Pain

Acute pain often occurs as the result of some sort of injury or a specific disease. Some people refer to this phase as relief care. The first phase aims to reduce your symptoms. This will sometimes require daily visits or 2-3 times a week.

Phase 2

Corrective Care

Chiropractors sometimes discover that a patient's acute or chronic pain is the result of a condition that's existed over a long period of time. This if found through comprehensive physical exam, which includes taking and evaluating a patient's complete medical history.

In corrective phase, also known as rehabilitative care, chiropractor is already addressing any acute care needs first. Then the chiropractor will work to correct your health issues that are contributing to your chronic pain conditions.

Phase 3
